Andrew T. Naber

Attributing his success to perseverance, honesty, and hard work, Andrew T. Naber has excelled as the owner of ASDA Enterprises, a refuse and recycling company where he has handled all operations, maintenance, and administrative duties since 2006. Prior to this position, he was active as the general manager at Onyx Waste Services from 1999 to 2006—a position through which he provided operations, maintenance, tax, and accounting support to numerous divisions, oversaw lines of business for a 60-truck operation, improved operating inefficiencies by 60 percent, among several accomplishments.

Equipped with an associate degree from Gateway Technical College, Mr. Naber began as a residential and commercial roll-off driver and part-time mechanic at Superior Services in 1992. Subsequently, he advanced to the roles of marketing coordinator, operations manager, and general manager over the course of six years. As a testament to his effectiveness as a leader, he was recognized with an award for Skill Set Manager of the Year by the company’s CEO in 1997. He then assumed the general manager role at Northern Mo. & Maple Hills Landfill for a year before joining Onyx.

In the next five years, Mr. Naber’s goal is to continue to grow personally and professionally. His daughter, Sarah, is a nuclear cooperation engineer for the U.S. Navy.
